We worked with InPress Media Group in fine-tuning their flagship journal’s target audience and helped them assess the needs and expectations of the readers, a process driven by a simple question, “What do their readers need/expect and how can those needs/expectations be met.” Understanding the publication’s perspectives, requirements and goals, we developed a coherent, comprehensive publishing strategy which included a framework of critical issues and factors influencing optimal knowledge transfer and translation. Additionally, we improved the publication design, enhancing readability and SEO functions and developed and executed the publication launch plan.
