Q&A

Within Kiterocket, what are you known for?

I’m a fixer. I enjoy the challenge of untangling a crazy deadline, clearing broken lines of communication, clarifying a cloudy objective, or mending an inadequately prepared Manhattan.

What is your proudest career moment or accomplishment to date?

Riding the highs and lows of entrepreneurship for the last two decades. The experience gives me insight and compassion for client pain points, whether they are just starting up or starting a new product launch.

What is it you love about your work?

I love to be the connector. The trend finder. The Oh-My-God-I-can’t-go-another-day-without-that finder. For me, “advancing brands advancing the world” isn’t just business, it’s personal.

How would your colleagues describe you in three words?

Playful. Tenacious. Empowering.

What inspires you to get up every morning?

Who doesn’t love the beginning of a new day? No matter how wonderfully you slay the day before or how badly it kicked your butt, you always get a fresh start. The a.m. is also the most acceptable time of day to consume obscene quantities of caffeine, so that in and of itself gets me off my pillow.
